1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you, whether individually or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Call Maven, Inc. (“Call Maven”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), regarding your use of our website (www.callmaven.ai) and any other digital platform, service, mobile application, or media channel connected to it (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date. You waive the right to receive specific notice of each modification.
2. Key Definitions
User: Any individual or organization using the Service.
Account: The registered user profile required to access certain Service features.
Content: Any data, media, text, or information viewable or stored within the Service.
Subscription: A paid, recurring access plan to use the Service.
Confidential Information: Any non-public info designated as confidential.
Inbound Calls: Calls received and answered by our AI receptionist on your behalf.
Outbound Calls: Calls made by our system on your behalf.
Compliance Requirements: Legal standards you must follow while using our Service.
AI Platform: Call Maven’s proprietary web-based interface for building AI tools.
AI Agent: A digital agent created by the User within the platform.
AI-Generated Content: Any content output by Call Maven’s AI based on User input.
3. Eligibility
The Service is only for users 18 years or older. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
4. Service Overview
Call Maven provides an AI-powered communications platform that includes:
24/7 AI receptionist for phone call management
Outbound call functionality (e.g. reminders, follow-ups, promotions)
Appointment scheduling, call forwarding, and automated text replies
Multilingual support and call analytics
A dashboard for user configuration and performance tracking
5. Account Setup
You must register an Account to access full Service features. You are responsible for securing your login credentials and all activity under your Account.
6. Platform Responsibility
Call Maven is a technology provider. You are solely responsible for how you use our AI tools, including:
Ensuring calls are compliant with applicable laws
Obtaining consent from contacts
Respecting Do Not Call lists and regulatory limits
You indemnify Call Maven from any liability, fines, or issues resulting from your use of the platform.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Service for:
Illegal activity
Spam, harassment, or impersonation
Intellectual property infringement
Emergency or toll lines
Creating competing products
Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not upload or transmit:
Threatening, obscene, or unlawful content
Malicious software or automated scripts
Misleading or impersonating content
Call Maven may remove or block violative content or accounts.
9. Compliance
You must ensure:
You only contact individuals with proper consent
You display accurate Caller ID information
Your outbound calling adheres to federal and state laws
Call Maven may request evidence of compliance and report violations to regulatory bodies.
10. Subscription Terms
Access requires a Subscription. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Subscription fees may include applicable taxes and are subject to change with notice.
11. Usage Fees
In addition to Subscription fees:
AI interaction: $0.12/min
Call transfers: $0.03/min
Charges are billed monthly and are non-refundable unless required by law.
12. Free Trial & Cancellation
Free trials may be offered with continued use resulting in automatic charges. You can cancel anytime via your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
13. Refunds
Refunds are generally not offered but may be granted in certain cases at our sole discretion.
14. Intellectual Property
Call Maven retains all rights to the platform and technology. You retain rights to your content, but grant Call Maven permission to use data for product improvement.
15. User Content
If you submit content (e.g. custom agent data), you grant us a license to use and display that content as needed to deliver the Service.
16. Privacy Policy

17. Data Security
We implement safeguards but cannot guarantee complete security. Use the Service at your own risk.
18. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect each other’s confidential info and only use it as necessary for Service use.

We may change or suspend the Service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or discontinued features.
20. Third-Party Content
We’re not responsible for any external websites or services linked within our platform.
21. Feedback
You agree that any suggestions or ideas you submit can be used by Call Maven without compensation.
22. Legal Compliance
You must comply with all laws—including but not limited to TCPA, TSR, and relevant state laws.
23. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Call Maven harmless against any claims arising from your use of the Service.
24. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Use of AI-Generated Content is at your own risk.
25. AI Interaction Disclaimer
AI behavior may vary. We are not responsible for miscommunications, errors, or legal violations stemming from AI actions.
26. Warranties
Our Service is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
27. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be settled by arbitration in Georgia under AAA rules.
28. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and will notify users of significant changes. Continued use = acceptance.
29. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your rights end immediately.
30. General
Notices must be sent to our designated contact info.
We’re not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (force majeure).
If part of this agreement is invalid, the rest still applies.
You may not transfer this agreement without our approval.
31. Outbound Calling Specifics
You must have consent from all call recipients
You are responsible for respecting all DNC and call timing regulations
All recordings and caller ID use must follow legal requirements
